Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and packages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain security protocols and confidential guest information
- Conduct daily audits of cash handling and financial transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and transportation options
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
