Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
- Manage loyalty program enrollments and upsell premium services
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences and special requests
- Assist with VIP arrivals and special event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
