Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and availability across multiple platforms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with diplomacy and efficiency
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for inventory and reporting
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean and organized lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte area attractions and services
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
