Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system (PMS) effectively.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas at all times.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Oracle Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in the Oklahoma City hospitality market is a plus.
