Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation modifications and VIP guest requests with precision
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Upsell resort amenities, dining packages, and entertainment experiences
- Maintain organized front desk documentation and security protocols
- Support daily operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
