Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally using our CRM system
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and occupancy reports
- Conduct safety and security protocols per brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
