Responsibilities
Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.Shift Management: Adhere to all shift schedules, including morning, evening, and weekend rotations, ensuring 24/7 lobby coverage.Reservations: Manage incoming reservations accurately and update the property management system (PMS) in real-time.Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.Security & Operations: Monitor the lobby and surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property assets.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, maintaining clear and professional communication channels.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in the hospitality industry is preferred.Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Guestline) is a plus but not required.Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor are required at all times.
