Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations via phone and digital channels
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally with solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) for real-time inventory and reporting
- Uphold brand standards through personalized service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer-facing role
- Proficiency with PMS systems and reservation platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
