Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training initiatives
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with exceptional professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and brand standards
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets

Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel or hospitality management experience
