Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area and public spaces.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and maintenance needs are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
