Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests using Opera PMS
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and generate daily reports
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and facility awareness
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak hours and events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality/certification preferred
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality environments
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation systems
- Valid work authorization in the United States
