Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and mentor the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for optimal service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in budget management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Certification in hospitality management is a plus.
