Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage reservation systems (Opera/Fidelio)
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Collaborate with security team to implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; multilingual abilities a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
