Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls efficiently.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest logs.
- Monitor building security systems and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
