Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight hours, including answering phones and inquiries.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure guest safety and building security.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including making beds and restocking amenities in public areas.
- Respond to guest requests, including wake-up calls and room service coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Handle cash handling and minor maintenance requests as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required—we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating screens).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
