- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records using resort management software
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and professionalism
- Assist with special events and VIP guest requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for errands)
