Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in procedures and providing information about local amenities.
- Reception Duties: professionally answer incoming calls, manage the front desk reception area, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Customer Service: address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and manage reservations using property management software.
- Lobby Maintenance: ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Security Checks: verify identification of guests and perform security checks as required by company policy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Must be dependable and available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
