Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for VIP and standard guests
- Proactively resolve guest inquiries and elevate satisfaction through personalized service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Sabre) efficiently
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel front desk experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Expertise in reservation systems and PMS software
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Knowledge of Miami tourism and local attractions
