Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Register guests efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS) and collect necessary payment information.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, resolving inquiries and booking reservations.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including issuing folios and processing payments.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat, organized, and welcoming condition at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
