- Utilize property management systems (PMS) effectively
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
