Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with warm hospitality
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain guest satisfaction logs
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) efficiently
- Assist with valet services and concierge requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
