Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/out procedures using hotel software
- Answer phones, manage reservations, and provide local attraction recommendations
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records
- Uphold brand standards while ensuring a clean, organized lobby area
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training!
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled accepted)
