Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and staff during assigned shifts
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with exceptional service
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Manage housekeeping staff and room status monitoring
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Complete shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Flexible availability for nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
