Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with strict accuracy.
- Assist with special requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
