Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked and replenished.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing as required.
- Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to ensure quality control.
- Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping manager.
- Guest Service: Assist guests with requests or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Consistent and punctual attendance is mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for the right candidates.
