Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during peak weekend periods.
- Ensure guest rooms are immaculate, tidy, and fully stocked with amenities.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support housekeeping with laundry and turnover duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
