Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and a fond farewell upon departure.
- Manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and walk-ins in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, reservations, and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
