Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for reservations and billing

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera training provided)
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
