Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and attentive service
- Assist with emergency protocols and security procedures as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations
- Proficiency with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta area attractions and transportation
