Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable stay for every visitor.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status updates and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Security & Safety: Monitor access points and adhere to strict safety and security protocols to protect guests and assets.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate logs, and assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
