Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence with courtesy and speed.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately using our property management system.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests immediately to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS (Property Management System).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
