Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel front desk and guest services to ensure a seamless experience for every visitor.
- Manage and train front-of-house staff, including receptionists, concierges, and bell staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency to maximize guest satisfaction scores.
- Monitor inventory levels for amenities and supplies, coordinating with procurement teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all public areas and guest rooms.
- Collaborate with the culinary and housekeeping departments to coordinate service schedules and event setups.
- Participate in strategic planning to improve operational efficiency and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or luxury customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) such as Opera or Micros is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
