Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and arrange furniture to create inviting spaces
- Report maintenance issues and inventory shortages promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with room attendants and supervisors to optimize workflow
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience
- Ability to work efficiently on your feet for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and operate cleaning equipment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
