Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage reservations and handle room assignments with precision.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Answer multi-line phones and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Madeline) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
