Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all interactions
- Assist with daily housekeeping duties including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Operate front desk systems including reservations, billing, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards across all guest-facing areas
- Process guest payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop versatile hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
