Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in/check-out guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Operate PBX switchboard and handle guest communications
- Assist with event setup and special arrangements
- Maintain immaculate lobby and reception area standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
