Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hotel/hospitality
- Proficiency in Opera, PMS, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Washington D.C. attractions and services
