Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and special packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Nevada work permit and background clearance
- Cash handling experience required
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions preferred
