- Utilize PMS systems to manage reservations and occupancy data

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, SiteMinder)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
