Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in experience using our Property Management System.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and prepare accurate daily financial and operational reports.
- Maintain the lobby and public areas to ensure a pristine, welcoming, and organized environment at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Handle front desk operations during peak hours, including check-outs and reservation changes.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality or front desk experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a fluent command of the English language.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Excellent customer service orientation and a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
