Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services for arriving guests
- Coordinate housekeeping requests and room status updates
- Manage resort amenities bookings (pool, spa, dining reservations)
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized public areas

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred

- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic knowledge of property management systems
