Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with our modern reservation system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Follow safety protocols during emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver’s license (if valet parking required)
