Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing accurately.
- Process payments and provide receipts in a timely manner.
- Assist with check-out procedures and luggage handling when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
