Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Greet every guest with a warm, welcoming smile and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and manage email correspondence promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Chinese) are highly encouraged to apply.
