Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and professional arrival experience.
- Manage hotel reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and in person.
- Monitor the front desk lobby area to ensure cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Assist with check-out procedures and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and reservation systems.
