Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and check them out with a positive demeanor.
- Reservation Management: Manage the front desk booking system, update room availability, and process reservations accurately.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, answer inquiries about hotel amenities, and assist with special requests.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, handle cash transactions, and prepare daily reports.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment and assist with luggage or directions as needed.
- Security: Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect guests and hotel assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel's grooming standards.
