Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently using the Opera PMS system.
  • Handle all front desk inquiries, including directions, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
  • Process payments and manage folios with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the professional appearance and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

Qualifications
