Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Manage the switchboard, including answering inquiries and transferring calls.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately.
- Assist with front desk operations during varying shift schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
