Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage room assignments and reservations efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a pristine appearance of the front desk area and lobby, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Cash handling and daily reconciliation of all cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
