Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and employees upon arrival.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them accurately, and take detailed messages or route calls to the appropriate department.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Front Desk Administration: Manage incoming mail, distribute packages, and maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
- Customer Assistance: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and any inquiries regarding our services or amenities.
- Safety & Security: Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to adhere to a strict schedule.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, tablets, and phone systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light objects (up to 25 lbs), and move around the facility freely.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
